There is a new design for TypeRacer that is currently under development. We’d like to invite all TypeRacers to help us test it to make sure it’s high quality.
How to test

To help out with testing the new redesign, click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see a button to “Change Theme”. Change it to the new “Responsive” theme. While using this theme, do some races, click lots of buttons and links, make sure everything works as intended. Look around for any functionality that doesn’t work as you expect.
How to share feedback
Feedback and critiques on the design are welcome – come to the TypeRacer Discord chat and share your feedback in the #feedback-staging channel. You can also email support @ typeracer . com
When leaving feedback, please let us know what browser you’re using, what version you’re on, what operating system your device is running, and what browser extensions you may be using.

MacOS / Chrome v123 / After completing a race in the main ‘race a friend mode’, the “submitted by” link within the text info is invisible – it appears to be the case that the text color and the background color are the same, making the text invisible.

Though I am used to the old format, the new design seems a lot more bright and inviting to newcomers. Overall, it is a great change and should be the default. (The option to change back to the other theme should still be there)
not sure if I’m doing anything wrong, but it’s exactly the same look as the current design atm.
its more modern, i prefer it over the old theme but thats not saying much. I use a dark theme on mine which makes the text far more readable. i always hated how on the white background the text turned green once its typed, turning it practically invisible, from a web designers perspective new theme is so much cleaner, clearly effort was put into it. If you supported a dark theme by default that would be amazing. but yeah the one i use is through chrome extension.

Frozen Tissue Blocks – At Creative Bioarray, all fresh frozen tissue samples are collected by certified medical pathologists. The small pieces of tissue are snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen usually within 20-30 minutes after the surgical excision. Standard sample weight is 0.5-1.0 gram. An embedding media can be added upon request.
