Back by popular demand

In response to your comments about our new typing interface, we have added the option of reverting back to the old typing interface, at your discretion.  If you feel that the new typing interface is too distracting for you, feel free to click on the “change display format” link in the bottom right corner of the text.  The following screenshots illustrate the 3 different options that you may select:

1. New-style (default): our new typing interface

JavaRelease51-WordsViewTypePref_1

2. Old-style 1: this used to be the default interface for many years, until now

JavaRelease51-WordsViewTypePref_2

3. Old-style 2: this is the original interface we used when TypeRacer launched

JavaRelease51-WordsViewTypePref_3

The option you chose will be saved in a cookie, which will be retained as long as you keep using the same web browser.

P.S. Don’t worry, the new typing replay feature will still be available regardless of how you prefer to see the text!

  1. Thank you for the option!
In a reply to a comment in the previous blog, typeracer stated that the accuracy algorithm has been changed? I wonder if you could elaborate a little bit on this — specifically, what would have been considered an error before that isn’t being so considered now by the new accuracy algorithm? (Or vice-versa?)

  2. faecalibacterium probiotic – As the most abundant bacterial species found in the gut, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (F. prausnitzii) has attracted increasing interest because of its potentially important role in promoting gut health. Recently, several reports highlighted the promising therapeutic strategy by counterbalancing dysbiosis using F. prausnitzii as a potentially active component of probiotic formulations. Based on our expertise in microbiota and microbiome science, Creative Biolabs is focused on providing process development & optimization and cGMP manufacturing services for next-generation probiotics (NGPs). F. prausnitzii is one important candidate of our NGPs portfolio.
